Tutorial
First, register as a Fitmix app user. There are three ways to log in: Register and Login. Registering as a member gives you access to more features, such as downloading and adding mixes, saving and sharing workout records, and more. Becoming a Fitmix member provides more accurate workout data. Log in using a third-party authentication provider. For added convenience, Fitmix also allows you to log in using your favorite social media accounts. This also allows you to enjoy Fitmix services. If you're not ready to register as a member right now, you can click the "Try Now" button to try the app as a guest. During this trial, you can experience most of Fitmix's key features, with only a few restrictions, such as song downloads, saving workout records, and sharing.
Sports Songs
There are 6 types of running: slow running, medium running, fast running, walking, warm-up, and relaxation. Each type strictly corresponds to a different music rhythm, more appropriately matching music for different types of exercise.
Genre Songs
It includes four major categories: electronic, rock, hip-hop, and pop, which makes it convenient for people who have preferences for genres to choose songs. At the same time, you can also search for songs directly in the search bar.
Regarding music length, warm-up and relaxation music should be around 10 minutes long, which is just the right amount of time for a warm-up or relaxation session. For other types of exercise, songs generally range from 30 to 100 minutes, with a focus on 40 to 50 minutes. This is the ideal duration for a more efficient workout. The BPM of the songs should be between 80 and 180, primarily between 120 and 160. A tempo in this range is ideal for running, aligning with the runner's cadence or heart rate, making running more comfortable and energetic.
Search bar
Users can quickly find the song they want by four dimensions: BPM, genre, movement type, and duration. In addition, you can also directly enter the song title or DJ name in the search bar.
Personal information settings
You can set your own exclusive avatar to show your personality. You can also set your age, height, and weight. Height, in particular, is recommended to be set before exercise because it affects running data for indoor running. In order to better measure running results, it is best to set it. There are two units to choose from for height and weight settings, kg/cm and lb/in, to take into account people with different habits.
Historical sports records
Every exercise record will be saved in this column. You can view, share or delete it at any time. The historical records are arranged by month and day, from recent to far. When there are many records, it is convenient to find them faster.
Song Arrangement
The downloaded and favorited songs can be found in these lists. The downloaded and downloading songs can be deleted, and the favorited songs can be unfavorited. The downloading songs can be paused and continued.

Professional sports page entrance
You can start exercising directly from the professional sports page. At this time, you need to turn on the professional mode first. Click the professional mode button in Settings-Professional Mode. A sports tab will be added at the bottom of the page. Open the sports tab and then click Start Exercise.
Sports data recording
During exercise, data such as distance, pace, duration, cadence, and number of steps are recorded, providing a comprehensive assessment of your performance. You can switch songs and adjust the playback progress during exercise. Click the list icon on the left to access the song library and select the song you want to change. Click the fast-forward button on the right to advance the song. You can choose to change songs from three lists: Local, Online, and Favorites. You can also change the song to a metronome during exercise. Swipe the play bar left or right to enter the metronome page, which can be adjusted in size.
Live Sports
Exercises are divided into two scenarios: indoor and outdoor. Indoor exercise records distance by running, and you can share your progress with friends in real time during the run. Click the camera icon at the top of the page and select a sharing platform. Outdoor exercise uses location tracking to record your movement distance. You can also share your progress live with friends during the exercise. However, the live animation of the exercise scene is different from that of indoor exercise, which is more vivid and easier to distinguish. You can also check your position and trajectory at any time during the exercise for a more comprehensive understanding of your exercise progress.
Voice prompts
It includes pre-workout and post-workout reminders. Before exercise, you will be prompted to start exercising with "321go!". During exercise, you will be prompted with time and distance. The reminder is based on the set frequency and broadcast language. The broadcast language is divided into male and female voices. The time broadcast frequency can be selected from 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes. The distance broadcast frequency can be selected from 0.25 km, 0.5 km, and 1 km.
Music Settings
This function is for professional mode. You can pre-set a song as a fixed song for exercising in professional mode, or you can not set it and exercise without music.
Location and Reminders
You can choose to receive push notifications to learn more information.
Smart Exercise Pause: After turning on Smart Exercise Pause, if the app detects that you have stopped exercising, it will intelligently pause the exercise.
My Devices
